The Goal Diggers team first met each other at the launch of the Mahila Premier League on International Women's Day. They were eager to participate in the league, but did not have an established team. This newly founded team chose the name "Goal Diggers" because they aim to win! Team Goal Diggers is also special because they have the two youngest players in the league: Deetya is a skilled goalie and Swarnim is an excellent goal scorer. Despite their young experience as a team, the commitment and skills of these players provide a vision for the future of women’s futsal.
